The room for single use has a supplement of 25 euros per day.
Possibility of extending the days of stay, there is also the possibility of triple rooms, any question or reservation, contact the organization of the event.
Buffet Breakfasts, Sunday Lunch and Dinners are included in the Packs, as detailed.
At Lunch and Dinner, the Tango group has included Mineral Water and Wine.
ALL the activities specified in the program are included in the Packs with Accommodation.
Reservations and Cancellation Policy
To make a reservation it is essential to fill out and send the registration request, for this you have to go to the
INSCRIPTION section.
Once we receive your registration request, within a week we will respond if there are places available. Once your participation is confirmed, we will send you all the details so that you can make your reservation, having to make a deposit of €50 per person, the rest you can pay when you come to the Event.
To cancel your registration you must also do so by email, and indicate the reason for cancellation.
A justified cancellation will not be penalized and the amount paid will be refunded.
Cancel registration after August 1, will have a penalty of 25 euros per person.
Cancel registration after October 1, will have a penalty of 50 euros per person.
Cancel registration 7 days before the meeting, you will have a penalty of 90 euros per person.
Canceling the registration 2 days before the meeting or not showing up, for those who have a Pack with Accommodation, will have a penalty of 100% of the total reservation.
In the event that the event cannot be held due to the pandemic, or other cause of force majeure outside the organization, the amount delivered would be reimbursed.
